Camping in East Anglia 2017 King's Sutton near Banbury, Frampton Marsh (Lincs), Stiffkey (Norfolk), Return to main Camping UK page |
|
We started with a visit to Dot and Peter Evans in King's Sutton. Then North up to the RSPB reserve at Frampton Marsh where we were welcome to stay in the car park. Then a slow drive along the north coast road to Stiffkey before coming South to Colin and rachel Murrell at Mulbarton, South of Norwich. Frampton was our main purpose. Huge flocks of Black tailed Godwit, many Ruff (in dull winter plumage), Spoonbill, Great white Egret and a rare Pectoral Sandpiper. Frampton Marsh Stiffkey |
